Billing and your profile

Billing

Settings → Billing (/settings/billing) shows your plan, usage against it, and billing details. Pair it with Resources → Usage to understand consumption and plan capacity.

Your profile

Profile (/profile, also from the user menu) holds your personal settings — display name, password and personal security. Update your password from here; admins manage org-wide access under User Management.

Cookbook: a clean onboarding for a new team

  1. Organization — set the org name/slug.
  2. User Management — invite the team with appropriate roles.
  3. API Keys — create ingest keys for agents.
  4. AI Providers — add a default model for Vera/AI features.
  5. Notification Channels — connect Slack/PagerDuty.
  6. Resources → Downloads — install the agents you need.
