Funnels, journeys, geography and user experience

Funnels

Funnels (/web-experience/funnels) measure conversion through a defined sequence of steps and show where users drop off. Define the steps that matter (e.g. view → add to cart → checkout → confirm) and watch the drop-off rate per step.

Journeys

Journeys (/web-experience/journeys) reveal the paths users actually take (not just the funnel you designed), so you can find unexpected routes and dead ends.

Geography

Geography (/web-experience/geography) breaks experience down by country/region — surface a slow CDN edge or a market with poor vitals.

User Experience

User Experience (/web-experience/user-experience) gives a composite experience score and segments, so you can rank cohorts (device, geo, page) by how good or bad their experience is.

Cookbook: recover a leaking funnel

  1. Open Funnels; identify the step with the biggest drop-off.
  2. Cross-check Errors and Web Vitals for that step's page.
  3. Use Geography/device filters to see if the drop is concentrated (e.g. mobile, one region) — then fix the specific cause.
